Modular Flexible Powerful Tractor

The Modular Flexible Powerful Tractor (MFPT) is an electro-hydraulic powered motor tractor system consisting of a surface control panel and downhole tools. The TracSIM software is provided to enable the user to determine in advance the specific tool configurations to control the operational risks. The conveyance process is monitored in real-time so that the user knows where the tractor system and the passenger tool are moving. This increases the chances of success while lowering the operation costs.

❏ Can operate on tubing string, coiled tubing, slickline, Monocable or 7-conductor wireline cables.
❏ Adaptive closed-loop actuation self-adjustment according to different complex downhole conditions such as changing in casing diameter, deformations of the casing, perforation, screen, etc.
❏ Emergency retrieval capability to ensure the downhole operation safety.
❏ Replacing drilling pipe conveyed and coil tubing conveyed systems to lower the operational cost and improve operational efficiency.
❏ Modular design allows the customer to change the configuration according to the well conditions.
❏ CCL is included for depth correlation for cased hole application.
❏ Combine with Downhole Tension Sub (DTS-071) to provide downhole tension.
❏ Combine with Wiring Container Sub (WCS-071) to accommodate perforating safety module / addressable switches.
❏ A series of open-hole crawling wheels are available for different formation lithology applications. (for 3-3/8” model).
